3 Account Management

- It is your responsibility to keep your account information up to date. 1777ber will not be held responsible for any issues arising from outdated or incorrect information.

- If you wish to close your account, please contact our support team. Make sure all pending withdrawals are completed before the account is closed.
- 1777ber reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time. Unless the account was closed due to a terms violation, any remaining balance will be returned.
4 Deposits & Withdrawals
1777ber supports deposits and withdrawals via popular mobile banking services in Bangladesh, including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The following terms apply to all transactions:
- The minimum deposit is BDT 500 and the minimum withdrawal is BDT 1,000.
- Deposits are usually credited to your account instantly. If there is a delay, please allow 2–4 hours.
- Withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours. VIP members receive priority and faster withdrawal handling.
- KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed.
- Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, unless special approval has been granted.
- Deposited funds cannot be withdrawn until they have been wagered at least once.
- For suspicious transactions, 1777ber may delay withdrawals or request additional documentation.
Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted. Please only use payment accounts registered in your own name.
5 Bonuses & Promotions
1777ber offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with specific conditions that must be met. General bonus rules are outlined below:
- The welcome bonus is available only once, on your first deposit. Any attempt to claim it through multiple accounts will result in the suspension of all accounts involved.
- To withdraw bonus cash, a wagering requirement of typically 30–40x must be met. Each bonus carries its own separate wagering conditions.
- Bonuses are subject to a fixed claim period. Once expired, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited.
- Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless explicitly permitted.
- Winnings from free bets will be treated as bonus funds and are subject to wagering requirements.
- 1777ber reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus program at any time.

6 Betting Rules

- Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified unless a technical error is proven.
- If an event is cancelled or abandoned, the wagered amount will be refunded.

- Match fixing or betting using insider information is strictly prohibited.
- A maximum bet limit per event applies to each account. Bets exceeding this limit may not be accepted.

7 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 1777ber platform. Any violation will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds:
- Any activity related to money laundering or illegal funds.
- Placing bets using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence.
- Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
- Collecting bonuses through multiple accounts.
- Stealing another member's information or engaging in fraudulent activity.
- Filing a chargeback or payment dispute against 1777ber when the bet was processed fairly.
- Attempting to hack, spread viruses, or carry out cyberattacks on the platform.
If any suspicious activity is detected, 1777ber reserves the right to notify the relevant authorities. Legal action may be taken.
